El precio es por las 2 cubiertas juntas ?

Negativo, es publicidad engañosa. Solo viene la de atrás.

Have some one buy this recently is it a set meaning the front and rear tires or is just the rear one?

It says right in the title, if you take the time to read it...it is a set. Meaning a front tire and a rear tire. In the description it also tells you the exact sizes of each ture so you know they are correct for your motorcycle before you purchase them
