The battery is good. If you charge it once it keeps going for around 45min to an hour without a problem. I read some reviews about it being painful but as you can see the product comes with many accessories When I used the shaver more it has been working fine even on intimate parts. You'll have to do it twice to make sure no hair remains and its quite clean. As for the epilator I haven't used it much because of the pain. But this is for me to figure out how to be okay with it. Even with regular threading I I'm usually in a lot of pain. It's just a little bit like that. My friend and sister tried to use it on their arm and they seemed fine. So don't worry about it. But this product and it'll be fine.
