I have used this brand of enamel paint for outdoor furniture that is exposed to snow, ice, sun and rain. Very durable. This color is a true dark burgundy red. Same as the antque I'm refurbishing see photo the color looks 3 shades lighter in the photo. After this base coat drys I will hand paint the eagle and filigree. No decals !!! they didn't have decal back when they made this #42 elgin coffee mill is was made here in the U.S. late 1800's Plus the eagles banner didn't say the company's name it said Epluribus Eunum just like our dollar bills. I recommend this paint for refurbishing or any projects you have. I have never received any pay or perk from sellers.
