Will this pencil go over graphite pencil lines and cover it up

No. It is a very soft opaque white colored pencil that will show when used over colored pencil. I don’t believe it will cover graphite. I believe the Derwin’s Chinese White drawing pencil is wax based so would probably just smear the graphite. It is, however, the best white to use when needing white highlights on colored pencil paintings (I also have used it for highlights on watercolor paintings). Hope this helps.

Are the Derwent Drawing Chinese pencils lightfast, including this white?

I was looking for a bright white in my color pencil drawings. This pencil was actually better than most, but I like the Luminance. As far as lightfastness goes, I just started using these and so far so good! I've had no problems. Hope this helped.

Does this work like the brush and pencil powder blender texture touch up? Does it give the same results? Thx!

I find this chinese white Derwent pencil to be the best white I own. There is no need to mix it and no brush needed. It covers my white needs perfectly except for the highlight in the eye, which the brush and pencil texture medium is best. Keep it sharp and use a soft touch with it.

Great pencil. It works better as a white pencil than FC Polychromos and is also good for blending pencil colours as it smoothes out fine lines.
