I don't think the part number will work for your BMW G650GS but you can look on the ngk website and compare the spark plug you have in the engine right now to one of there products.

Will this fit a 2004 yamaha ttr225?

This should fit. The Yamaha TTR225 stock plug is NGK DR8EA nickel electrode 12mm thread with a .750 reach. The NGK DR8EIX is the iridium version of this plug. Just be careful when installing as the iridium tip is hard, but thin, and can be damaged easily.

I need to know if this works for the hawk 250 dlx please?

Best thing to do is to read your owner's manual and see what plugs are recommended for your Hawk. The heat range, plug diameter, thread pitch, protrusion into the cylinder head, and resistor rating are all factors which affect plug compatibility. And what do you mean by 'work' ? Many different plugs will fit into any one type of motor and will 'work' if you mean the motor will run. But if you mean will the motor 'work' at its best performance will depend on your riding style,environmental features such as ambient temperature, altitude, type of fuel used, passenger or not, tire pressure and age of engine. In general iridium plugs are designed for automobiles that run 100.000 miles or more without a plug change. Will they work for motorcycles? Sure they will, but are a waste of money if they are not what was originally designed in by the manufacturer of the bike. Take your chances, but I suggest you learn all you can about your ride before trying something other than what the owner's manual recommends.

How to get plug tips?

You're going to have to go to a local store that sells spark plugs, some plugs have a threaded on tip that you can unthread and put on these, they are usually for lawn equipment but not always, just browse whatever you find locally until you find some that thread on, I got mine for 2 dollars a piece
