Question 1

İt has real surround?

Accepted Answer

It uses Dobly digital surround 7.1 for a "true" surround sound you would need a multi driver headset such as https://www.amazon.com/Razer-Tiamat-7-1-V2-Surround/dp/B071ZN5PJF . i must say however as a owner of both headsets, these have a much clearer and crisper sound that is easier to distinguish location than the Tiamat. also unless you have a very high end sound card these will blow away an analog surround headset as they have an inline sound card. Thus saving you around $300 on just the sound card to run a analog set to their actual capacity so they could have a chance of being on the same level as these.

Question 2

How many actual drivers (speakers) on each ear?

Accepted Answer

One driver per side. 40mm each. 50ohm impedance.

Question 3

How does this compare to 363d? does this have the dac attachment like the 363d? i have the 363d but it just died after years of enjoyment.

Accepted Answer

Good day, and thank you for your question. The PC 363 D and PC 373D have very similar sound and microphone reproduction. The PC 373D audio cable is terminated in a USB plug, and the electronics are in the cable itself. If you want to use analog cables, you would need the UNP PC cables (separate mic and headphone jacks) or the UNP Console cable (single TRRS headphone jack.) Both analog cables can be used on the PC 373D in place of the USB cable. Hopefully this helps, and have a good afternoon.

Question 4

How would you clean this if the cloth gets dirty?

Accepted Answer

Good day, and thank you for your question. If the ear pads get dirty, they may be pulled off of the headset, and washed in warm water with mild dish detergent. Hang them to fully dry before putting them on the headset. Alternately the pads may be replaced- HZP 26 EARPADS (part #504181) are available.. Hopefully this helps, and have a good afternoon.
