A: According to an official reply to a comment on the product page for this item on the Home Depot website, the range of wire size compatible is AWG #4 - 2/0 kcmil Aluminum or Copper wire. They posted, "The breaker wire range is 1 wire per lug: (1) #4 AWG - 2/0 kcmil Aluminum or Copper. Warm regards, Schneider Electric Customer Care".

A: Yes, it will. It is compatible with your Homeline panel.

**Q: Can this be used to backfeed 240V from a generator with the main breaker off during a power outtage?  If so, will regular 120V appliances be powered?**

Yes, you can use this breaker for that application but you will need a Generator interlock kit. The selection of the correct Generator Interlock Kit is dependent upon the Series Number of the Homeline load center.
