Bought for my mum and she loves them. Much stronger than I expected and very easy to install. Also easy to remove so great if you need aids to take on holiday.

Very sturdy handles. I had a little trouble getting one to take hold but maybe I hadn't cleaned the tile enough. Now they are very firmly fixed and a great aid for getting in and out of the bath/shower.

Sticks to the side of a plastic bath like it’s welded on

Bought these in October 2024 for an elderly relative that needed a bit of support when getting in and out the bath. They are easy to apply, remove, and reposition. Positioned on large smooth tiles, they have proved to be strong and sturdy, and the suction has been excellent: one recently fell off overnight, but that's after nearly 2 years of use.

Great product, easy to install, sturdy, holds well never fell off. Packaged well. Comfortable handle and easy to grip. Very stable. Love them!

Despite feeling smooth to the touch, the micro-porosity of a matte finish prevents a permanent vacuum seal. While the rails seemed to stay on the glass shower door more reliably, I did not consider the glass shower door to be a secure or appropriate surface to take a person’s weight in an emergency. We found the rails might hold if applied immediately before a single use, but they consistently failed shortly after. For vulnerable users - especially those with physical or cognitive challenges - this is not a solution; it is a hazard. 🤔 I suspect the high percentage of 5-star reviews comes from people with high-gloss tiles or those who posted immediately after fitting when the suction was still holding. However, for maintaining long-term independence, these are fundamentally unreliable. In our experience, a professionally fitted, wall-mounted grab rail has never failed; by contrast, these suction rails cannot be trusted for daily safety. You would be well advised to manually test the grip every single time. This bar creates a 'false sense of security' that could lead to a serious fall the moment you actually lean on it. If your bathroom has anything other than high-gloss tiles, please look for a more robust solution. I am heartbroken that we are still left without the peace of mind we so urgently need. 💔
