The Lock that refuses to unlock
I bought two locks thinking Navtal of Godrej is of very good quality. When I opened the packets I found out the locks are very small in size and not suitable for use on doors or gates. Be that as it may because it was my fault not to have properly understood the size from the product details before placing orders. What is shocking is that one of the two locks is defective and the key does not open the lock when you unlock. Surprising that such a defective product has been sold. Never buy this product on line . Go to a shop and buy after checking if it works. Unfortunately I opened the packet and tested the lock only two days ago and hence can not return as I missed the return period.
