Not high impact. Comfy and good everyday bra tho but wonโt be using for the gym since it allows a lot of bounce. The fabric is super stretchy. For reference Iโm a 34DD and got a large. If you wanna use for gym maybe size down a bit to combat the room for bounce.

The bras are good overall, I just hate the padding inside since it came in folded, itโs not a huge deal though. Itโs comfortable, soft, and pretty decent if you are a C or lower since it holds nicely.
