Great sturdy item
This was absolutely perfect for my surgery. It was a little small, but it did the job. Definitely recommend.

Cheap, Plentiful, and Works
My work doesn't allow me to wear my nose ring so I spend at least 12 hours a day wearing these, they stay basically invisible, don't irritate my nose, and retain pretty well. I have an issue where occasionally I'll forget to swap back to my nose ring before falling asleep and I'll wake up with the retainer missing, but that's what I love about being able to get so many for so cheap.

Almost Undetectable!
I purchased a set of these for a sports weekend where one of the rules stated no jewelry. I decided to trade out my nose ring stud with one of these. I intentionally picked them because they were small and had a flat head. I had ZERO issues getting this in my nose. It wasn't flimsy at all. And it stayed beautifully! The top was small and flat enough you can hardly see it. My husband didn't even notice it at all. I got smacked with a volleyball in the nose during a game and I was so thankful that I was wearing this instead of a the usual metal stud! No pain! I gave two others out to two other friends who wanted to swap theirs out as well. They said it was easy for them and they had no troubles. Highly recommend when you need to use a spacer that is barely visible.

Good nose ring

Good retainer but NOT 18g
These retainers are good quality and comfortable, and there are a bunch of them in the order so if you lose them or need more you will have plenty, but they are NOT 18g. I would take a guess now and say that my piercing is probably 20g after it has shrunk to the retainer size. This is very disappointing and now I can't do anything because my piercing has already shrunk to a 20g size, but if you have a 20g piercing these would be perfect.

Perfectly hidden
I can’t have a nose piercing in at work, I pop one of these in and you cannot even tell my nose is pierced! They were perfectly. I did initially have some trouble getting them in. But that was more of user error as I had a smaller gauge in.

These are a great way to keep your piercing when work will not allow them! I was able to use these and have no issues. They are easy to use, and no one even knew! They are in the perfect price range as well!

These are absolutely rubbish. They are too bendy so trying to get them into your nose is a complete nightmare. They are so tiny and they look like tiny flecks of plastic you get on a shops clothes label tag. I threw mine out. Waste of money

Je les avais achetés pour un job d'été, tout allait bien jusqu'à ce que je remette mes anciens piercings. J'avais demandé du 18g, j'ai visiblement eu du 20, c'est vraiment génial, clairement merci pour rien.
