Sent in the heat without cooking. Inconsolable
Sent in the heat without any cooling packs. I had to throw it away as I cannot give my kids this. Customer care lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. Told me the cool temperature disclaimer is on all food products. But this is cheese, that too kids cheese !!!!!

I personally don’t like the taste much but i guess this was really made for kids. My son loves it so much that he could finish 1 pack in 1 sitting ( although i don’t usually allow him to each that much, too much is always bad).
