The phone's exterior looks okay, but the battery performance is very poor. I checked the real stats using PowerUtil, and it shows 75.67% capacity and 1170 charge cycles. The seller advertised much better quality. This is misleading for customers. I have already requested a return.

Great quality. Basically brand new. Heavy. Feels like a luxury phone. I love the fullness of the screen. The purple is beautiful. No issues with the phone. Purchased 2x due to someone breaking the first 1 which was hard to do. This phone is very very very durable. I advise to buy a phone case to increase its durability. Great phone for the price. No complaints, came in 2 days.

To start off, i will simply say don't buy this phone. You will deftly regret it. I purchase this phone in July 25, so it been a year since i made this horrible decision (waste of money genuinely) when i first got the phone i should've know it would've been bad when it was the hottest thing i ever touches when i first charged it when it came out the box. the second month in a random black liquid was showing up in front of the camera even though it wasn't affecting the camera it looked weird ( i took it to get fixed and was told it was battery liquid that was leaking in the phone), then it got worse the battery will go from being at "100%" to like 60 in lest then an hour, i need to walk around with a charger whenever i leaved my house. the screen doesn't respond when i want to change my wallpaper right off the bat when i got it, i had to go in my setting to change my wallpaper, the volume button don't work i had to manually do it on the screen and the screen brightness is only affected when i put it on max or i put on the lowest possible (so it either a brightass screen or a darkass screen) and when you're in the dark the phone screen has a weird screen effect to it. Being on a call is the worse part, it breaks out like the person on the other side can't hear you speak, then you can't or the volume just goes has low has possible even though i have at the highest possible. I was planning to give a two-star rating because i was able to deal with it until i bought a new a phone but when i started writing this review i concluded only one star is the reasonable thing to do. Forgot to mention this was supposed to be for the excellent condition by the way.

It came in good condition. Battery life is 100. There’s a lot of mixed opinions on this but I think it’s a pretty good phone and it’s pretty cheap for what phone it is.

I purchased this renewed phone because I needed a device that could support my diabetes monitoring app, and it has worked perfectly. The phone arrived in excellent condition and looks almost brand new. Although the battery health was around 85%, it still lasts more than long enough for my daily use. The camera quality is great, the magnetic charging feature is very convenient, and after all the updates, the phone performs just like a new one. For a fraction of the cost of a brand- new device, this was an excellent purchase and exactly what I needed.

so I bought the phone cause my iPhone 16 pro max's screen and back glass had broke so I figured it would be cheaper to buy the iPhone 14 Pro . The iPhone 14 Pro has no scratches whatsoever I got the excellent condition so , that part I enjoy... but the battery healthy is at 83% which makes the phone overheat a lot , now pair that with iOS 26... yeah its horrible , im gonna have to spend an extra $100 to replace the battery , so yeah when ordering this phone just keep that in mind
