Works Great!
I have suffered from chronic hay fever and sinus issues al my life and I decided to try doing a nasal rinse. I did some research and the SinuPulse Elite seemed to be the best solution for my issues. I have used it for a week now and I am very pleased. I use it on the max setting of 7 and I get a powerful stream of pulsing water. It isn't so powerful as to be painful but it gets the water all of the way up into my sinus cavities. I did put a little petroleum jelly on the o-ring for the tank before first use. No leaks or any of the other issues some people reported. Someone wrote that their model didn't pulse. It must have been defective as you can feel the pulse in the wand while you are holding it and in your nose. I have been using the SinuPulse salt packets but I have ordered some different bulk salt that should prove cheaper. I chose the SiuPulse over the Lavage for the following reasons: First, it runs on standard household electricity and not batteries. Second, I am not locked into only using a manufacture's expensive salt pods only. Third, my sinuses drain into the sink and not into a tank that must be cleaned. Fourth, The SinuPulse uses pulsating pressure that you can apply to each nostril instead of the Lavage's suction from one direction only.

It Works
It's not noisy at all. Delivers a good stream, nice big reservoir for sinuAir and distilled water. Replaced my Grossan and was surprised by design, efficiency and better results than my aging Grossan (purchasd well before Grossan was bought out). The mid-price point I purchased is fine. Sinus issues which included surgery make an item like this necessary for health maintenance and well being. Used almost daily. I like its low profile, storage, ease of use and easy to keep clean. Very pleased I chose this item. Hopefully, it will wear well over time.

Worked pretty well
I had a much older unit similar to this one and I think, made by the same company and got many good years of use out of it before the motor failed. So, when I was having really bad issues with my sinuses due to unusual spring weather here in the NW, I looked for another unit that would give me the same results the proevious unit did. This SinuPulse system works the same as the older unit but looks different and has been updated. It works very well and has helped my sinus issues immensely. I am very satisfied with this unit even though you have to take extra care in cleaning it and how you use it.

Works for sinusitis
I purchased this machine because I had problem with the neil med hydro pulse. It stopped working after a few month. I really liked their old product better. Going back to the Sinupulse elite it’s Ok. Since I have chronic sinus problems I really find a machine more helpful than a neti pot. This particle product does not have as strong of a water output then the neil med . What I don’t like about it is that many times I have to press down the water container otherwise I get no flow going. Once it flows it’s more of a gentle flow which is ok for me. It is easy to clean .

Great product!
I have had allergies and sinus problems my whole life, and this machine does a great job in keeping my sinuses clear and me breathing easy in a dry and dusty environment. It's easy to use and I've had no problems with the machine since purchase. I recommend this product to anyone with sinus issues.

A must have for a head cold/ allergies
Had a nasty head cold and neilmed just wasn’t cutting it. Bought this had instant relief. Took the great advice to start on low power setting and worked my way up. Also, the advice to touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth is vital. I bought the kit that included the packets to make the saline, that was easy to mix and use in a clear water bottle. I only filled the saline chamber half way and that was more than enough to clear out both sides. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it wasn’t that unpleasant. I was horrified by what came out of my body! No wonder I couldn’t breathe and felt horrible. I also bought some gel made by neilmed to make sure that my nasal passages didn’t get too dry. I now use this during allergy season(s) too and for the first time in 3 years, I haven’t had an asthma attack in October and my symptoms are much less prevalent.

Love this
I find this to be the easiest to use for me. This works so much better for me than using a gravity rinse.

Sinupulse 110volt version
The sinupulse was 110volt powered which is what would not work in Britain unless there is power converter
