PANASONIC NN-CT55JWBPQ Combination Microwave

I have used Panasonic combi microwaves over many years and this one is no exception. Absolutely brilliant, and very easy to follow instructions. Would highly recommend.

It is great

This is now quite an old model but still seems comparable to lots of the newer and more expensive models. Works well and is easy to use.

We bought this as a replacement for an almost identical Panasonic model. It seems to be robustly made and the functions all work well. The user interface is better: 1) There are fewer buttons for the standard programmes (eg porridge): we never use these programmes, so we are glad that there is less clutter on the interface 2) There is a new 30-second button that makes it easier to get a short blast of full power microwave 3) There is a new Add Time button that makes it much easier to continue an existing setting for longer.

Bought this microwave a ca. 18 months ago when we had our kitchen refurbished. It's our 1st microwave and I deliberately went for something that could be a bit more than just a microwave. We don't use it often, but if you are in the market for a roomy microwave that can also be used as a conventional oven, this could be just the thing you are looking for. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but it is also quality, and I believe it will serve us for many years to come.

Panasonic are the experts in the microwave market, third time we have bought one. This model is up to their usual very high standard and we are very happy with it. Controls easy to understand and cooks consistently well.

This is my first Combination Microwave, and so far so good. A friend recommended Panasonic, and as I already have a Panasonic microwave, I was very happy to go with the same make. Also, it is a Which? best buy, so it was good to be able to read their reviews too. It is solid and quite big, but fits on a bench with ample room in front to access door. As I'm cooking for one it is a brilliant aid, rather than having to heat up my oven for small quantities. I'm still getting to grips with the many uses of the combination microwave, but the user guide is very helpful. It's fun trying out new things! Would certainly recommend.
