I expect to get at least a good quality product when I pay over $200 for the item. With this controller, I got a product that looks great, but it is poor quality underneath the looks. The first problem I noted is that the triggers have very weak springs. I primarily play rocket league so I frequently have my R1 trigger pulled. I need to be able to drive less than full throttle at times, so I need the springs to actually apply some good resistance. The poor springs are the lesser of my two major complaints. The thing that really makes me unhappy is the joysticks. I have lost several games because the joysticks broke (i.e., the top half fell off leaving me a nub to use) in the middle of a match. Who would design such poor quality joysticks? This controller is barely functional with these major defects. I would recommend that you not even waste your money. A disappointed customer. I’ve had this controller close to a year now and it’s worked great for me, no problems with gameplay or battery life. But just now, the bottom left paddle became loose and just snapped off and I have no idea if I’ll be able to get a replacement

Im leaving this review in the case someone else is wondering what i was wondering but found no info about in the reviews or description of this controller..... I expected it would have mouse click buttons and ESPECIALLY mouse click triggers, but no... This is JUST A DUALSENSE controller with 4 paddles.... Do NOT spend 210$ for 4 paddles this is just a 70$ Dualsense with an upcharge of 220$ for 4 paddles..... you can buy a strikerpack inestead.. seriously this controller is just a "carbon fiber" look with 4 paddles, LITERALLY grab a dualsense for 70$ and buy a stricker pack and itll be BETTER because youd be saving 200$.... This does NOT have hair mouse triggers, nor mouse click face buttons, nor trigger stoppers etc... i cant say it enough this is LITERALLY JUST A DUALSENSE CONTROLLER WITH 4 PADDLES AND A CARBON FIBER LOOK TO IT.. NOTHING ELSE.....this is being returned.... (Go for a Scuf FPS or HexPhantom or Cinch for the mouse triggers and paddles/back buttons, i ordered them all to see which one was best, and this Aim one, simply is only worth 120$ just because Its a regular Dualsense with the carbon fiber look and paddles, but NOT worth the almost 300$ for it....) (it functions as expected, but its NOT WORTH IT!!!) Im repeating myself but im in aw.... Just get a dualsense with a strikerpack and itll be the same thing.... Well better because that route is Cheaper...

Horrible controller, huge gaps in the seams of the device and feels super cheap, I would not recommend this controller

I didn't buy mine from Amazon got on their site and ordered it, yea it does take a long time to get here because I guess they ship from the U.S. to Poland and back to the U.S. after build. I see some of the negative reviews and honestly I haven't had any issues with mine. Have had mine over 2 years and love it. I do recommend building your own if the ones on Amazon are already pre- built

This is my 3rd controller. The new I just received left analog gets stuck the last one I sent back did the same. GARBAGE
