This product does what it claims, so there isn't anything wrong with the effectiveness of it, but it does cause cramping. That is to be expected since it is a stimulant laxative. However, I would highly recommend milk of magnesium products over this one. Milk of magnesium has the same effectiveness but without any cramping, bloating, or other discomfort.

Gentle on stomach , taste like chocolate have you running to the bathroom after couple hours. Definitely be buying again.
