Soaked them overnight and planted the next day. They sprouted in four days. Very happy.

Not so many seeds . Expensive for that amount. I am anxious to see how they sprout.

One word of caution is that if you plant it just a little too deep? the corn might never sprout to the surface. and on some where it was planted at proper depth you may have to dig them up and replant them. Odd growing some in small planter cups and having to recover the seed because they didn't sprout or sprouted but chose to remain underground? Waiting on the corn to produce to answer about the taste or flavor.

If you have limited space in your garden, this corn is for you. I planted them in grow bags, and I did have to put a rope trellis around them as they could not get a real deep root system but once I rope them off so that they wouldn't fall over every one of the ones I planted, grew into a full-sized, approximately 6 foot stock of corn yielding 2 ears per stalk. The ears were about 6 inches long, very sweet and tender. They don't take up any more space than a full sized stock of corn does horizontally wise. Vertically wise, they are not as tall therefore, that is why they are easily grown in a small container. I will be planning these again next year only I do believe that I will plant them in the ground instead of in a bag only because they won't need to be tied off. Growing them follow almost exactly the way the timeline says on the back of the package, all the way, from planting to sprouting, to tasseling, silking and finally harvest. Be sure to give them at least 2 doses of 40.0.0 fertilizer, as these guys are very, very nitrogen hungry. I am very pleased, and I hope you would be too

This years crop we tried these and wow. Last year we had may be 4 or 5 plants to grow? This year we have 4 rows of corn and just harvested our second bunch of ears. Tastes great and grows easily. (Small garden!) Almost all the sends germinated. Very happy with this Sun glow variety. Also planted some sweet white corn and what a difference in flavor. Nothing beats fresh corn straight out of your garden.

I may have just been our season, very cold here in foothills of western NC. I never plant corn until may 1st. I i I have planted the same type of corn for the last 3 years. Small garden, aveaged about 120 nice size full ears. This year it came up (planted in May) about 1/3 of what I planted. Some were knee High, while other stalks were about 4 inches. I might have got a dozen and half ears, ranging from 2 inches to 7 inches. Strangest crop I have ever seen, and I've been garden for over 50 years. Even had one stalk produce about a 3 inch ear right down on the ground and stalk was only about a foot high.
