This was asked already, with all giving positive answers, but there are dozens of people who say it only lasts 5-15 min** A: 10 minutes at best. Trying to ice my knee and have to use a wrap to hold it against my knee. Begins to lose it's coldness about 5 minutes in. Definitely looking to get a longer lasting one. I have found that all ice packs leak eventually, and don't want toxic chemicals in my freezer or on my skin.** A: I have had this ice pack in XL since 2018 it has been frozen many times, but mostly I keep it in a mini fridge in my room and use it for when my husband or I have migraines. You will want to put it in a case / sleeve for the first twenty minutes, or just use it on top of clothing. Very large. Two-pack means I can switch between the two. Gel interior means it is thick throughout but flexible enough to conform to your body or be shoved in the corner of the freezer.
