does it change the color of the glove? (if you use too much)

It darkens it a lot at first. Then it returns somewhat, but not to the original color. Slightly darker than original depending on original glove.

how much so you want to use ?

I am liberal with it. The leather will let you know. Let it sit and absorb for 1-2 days.

Do you apply this all over, even the embroidery stitching logos?

You apply it to everything leather on the glove. Thread sticking and cloth logo should be avoided with the product.

Does it make the glove heavier?

i don't think so. Initially a little stickiness when playing catch after. But I have used it to extend the life of all of my daughter's fastpitch gloves and my glove. Helps clean the glove, too. I use it at the end of every season. And then when needed. I let the glove sit for a 24-48 hours before use. Best stuff out there. Great for break in too.
