Which vitamins and minerals of the product are naturally occuring from the yeast or from the fermentation process? Which ones are fortified? Thanks

I just received this and was horrified to see the added vitamins and minerals. I thought it would be a product that is naturally nutritious, not with added vitamin and minerals as seen on the label. I won't bother sending it back...going in the trash. Smells like a bottle of multivitamins.

Is the nutritional yeast something different from the yeast in bread? I'm not supposed to have any yeast/bread type. What is nutritional yeast?

As far as I know is a dry yeast (as is added to bread dough) fortified with vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and folate.

Does this have natural glutamate like msg? i get migraines from msg.

Yes, this is naturally occurring glutamic acid though. Not added monosodium glutamate. It can still cause reactivity in people, it depends on your sensitivity level and how well you process glutamate in general.
