I like to put used coffee grounds on my yard and flower beds. Especially in winter, paper filters get in the way! This basket is working great as I can simply scoop out the grounds into a container. The wet grounds weren't really easy to remove. The basket is easy to remove with the little handle. I had hoped they would shake out, but a spoon is required to get them going. Not a deal breaker. Only a different move to get the used grounds taken care of and the basket ready to reuse tomorrow. It fits my coffee maker fine and will have good value.
