very smooth and works great have been using it for more than 5+ years and no other product comes close to the durability , life & quick clean & makes the strings even if its mildly rusted smoother though its not recommended to use it at times when ur in a Highly Humid place you never know the strings rust in sooner but thanks to the product extended the lifetime of using a pair of strings 1+ month than usual

This definitely helped us from changing our guitar strings frequently. Easy to use and good quality

Keeps finger calluses pliable and strings easy to move on with reduced sliding noise. Also improves string longevity to some extent. Nicely packed and the applicator makes it easy to use without making it messy. You can easy apply only on the strings without touching the fretboard. Is neutral and does not give any odour. Could be priced more reasonably though.

The product is ok.. Too much amount they have charged for the product. In net amount it is showing US$5.3. But they have charged Rs 591/- more the 250/- extra.. that's not fair

I know it looks a little expensive for it's size and function, but it's an essential for any guitarist. Go ahead, D'Addario will not disappoint you.

I bought it because my guitar strings were becoming squeaky and a little rusted and it worked. But it is a little overpriced according to its size.

The oil dried out after a few applications.
