Pressure Washers, Steam & Window Cleaners (Amethyst)

Good

Works as advertised. Attachments are flimsy and not heat resistant. On using with attachments, they tend to soften and deform because of the heat

Steam cleaned the wire mesh in the balcony and the matress. Does the job as promised. Has safety measures in place to not turn on when water level is low. Well designed attachment for specific job,I used the long jet nozzle and the matress cleaning attachment with microfibre. Steam throw is good, satisfied purchase.

The product build quality is good and it does it's job quite well. 2-3 things which drags it's rating are: Though it has 300 ml + storage capacity, it works well when filled with 200 ml water which is very less for cleaning purpose. If you add more water the first 1 min it will spew hot water with steam. 2. The handle gets very hot after 30 mins of use. That's due to a faulty lever design; some amount of steam leaks via the lever switch . For the price, they could have provided a good heat protective rubber padding. 3 There is no product registration site, no phone number and hence no warranty. I even doubt if it is the Havels Group which we know. In short a good product, expensive with no product support or warranty.

I searched for this type of product and found only this available on AmazonIt is cost effective and very useful product with good useful attachments, the provided manual details instructions and usage... It releases very good pressure steam and has robust buildIf you are aware of how to handle and steam usages it will not disappoint you

Writing this review to make everyone aware about service care for product if you have any issue with product. My product was under warranty and it got faulty so I have sent an email to customer care and they shipped me a new product as replacement. But the product that I received was also having issue of steam leaking and then I followed up with them but no response till date from them. Not worthy to buy this product due to customer service, in case you have issue with product there is guarantee that it will get resolved. Please invest your money wisely.

I use it for cleaning the sofa, bed, cleaning spots where the mop or broom can't reach. It can be used on almost all surfaces. Its got enough power to remove stains, dust, etc,.One small flaw, the cloth that comes with it which is to be used to clean sofa etc., gets worn out very easily. But otherwise this is a really good product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️NOTE: There are some people who don't know about the functions and given bad reviews. this is a steamer, its water turning into steam.

I have just ordered the product and tried it out few times. The product is pretty nice to clean the kitchen and bathroom tiles. The steam pressure is good and the product is sturdy. Overall a recommended one.
