Help!!! i got a light scratch on my hood! apparently its a self healing wrap, which you apply heat to the wrap to light scratches and it disappears???

If it's a light scratch it will other than that it has to be re wrapped

I need a permanent bond to unfinished plywood. Can I use some sort of adhesive to make it stick better?

I highly doubt it. Paint might help - it needs an very clean smooth surface to stick to and look good.

How much wrap do i need to cover on top and trunk of a challenger? i bought a separate piece for the hood a 5ft/6ft! and i assumed i need 5ft/12ft

Well you'd measure your substrate with tailors measuring tape to figure how much you need. If you're not an installer I'd suggest extra, just in case. Consider tucking and if you need a small spoiler wrapped as well.
