UNA GELLA Press On Nails Short Square, Ombre Nude Cream Soft Gel Fake Nails

Una Gella is THAT brand! I have very, very small nail beds, so small that I literally have to use the smallest size available for my pinky nails. Una Gella offers a wide range in sizes for all hands! On me, these are more of a medium length since my nails are so small. If you have smaller nails, please check these out! One of the only few nail brands that offer such a wide range! On top of that, they are so thick and durable. They were super easy to apply, it took me around 15 minutes. I also love that it comes with an alcohol wipe to make sure the nails are super clean without any oils. I do think it's better to get a shower before applying and to use germ-x instead of washing your hands for the first 12 after applying. This allows it to adhere better on your hands. I went on a 5 night cruise and didn't have any issues with the nails chipping or popping off. I use the nails with the NYK1 Super Strong Nail Glue from Amazon and it's the perfect combo. I even went on a excursion in Mexico where I was submerged in the water with manatees and dolphins and these nails stayed on perfectly. I did apply a lot of sunscreen and some of the shine of the nails came off slightly but they were still beautiful! I will 100000000% be repurchasing!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Girl. BUY THEM. I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to press-ons because I bite my nails and usually hate the way fake nails look on me. Most press-ons either look super fake, feel flimsy, or start lifting the second I wash a dish. These are NOT those nails. First of all, they are THICK. Not bulky, just sturdy and salon-quality. The nude cream color is absolutely gorgeous and looks so much more expensive than a $10 set has any right to look. I’ve already had people ask me where I got my nails done. The fit was amazing, the shape is flattering, and they don’t have that cheap plastic look that so many press-ons have. I used nail glue instead of the adhesive tabs, and they feel incredibly secure. As someone who has spent way too much money at nail salons only to leave disappointed, I am genuinely shocked by these. They gave me that clean, classy, put-together look without the salon price tag. Needless to say, I’ve already added more colors to my cart. UNA GELLA, you have converted me. Signed, A former press-on hater who will absolutely be buying these again. 💅✨

I decided to these press ons a chance. They seem to be durability, they look good, feel good and are easy to apply. I did order Kiss max speed nail glue to apply. So far so good! Not bad for under $10 verses spending $70 at salon. Hopefully they will hold up on vacation.

I only wanted the nails for a formal wedding. Based on previous reviews, I applied them the day before. The glue works much easier than the sticky pads so I used those. The nail quality was excellent. The glue holds firm, and despite me not using a lot of glue, I had to patiently steam and soak my nails on day 3 to remove them. My fingernails were not destroyed in the process. I can’t even tell that I had artificial nails on. I’ll definitely use these again when I want a polished finished look.

UPDATE:: The company contacted me right away and offered a refund. I didnt pay much so I dont mind. It was really nice of them so thank you!! I will let them keep the money. I was finally able to give these a try. I used them as a nail form for poly gel. Pros: Nice size a not too curvy so it fits a flatter nail bed. A lot of nails to select from to get the best fit. flexible and thin Clear Cons: they are really thin Not easy to handle, you need to be experienced Not the best to use as a nail form for poly gel I had to really work on popping it off after curing. Back of the nail form could be a bit thinner so it doesnt cause a line if you are using it as a tip. That would help with the grow out problem. Not sure if it can be filed down so you can back fill it with acrylic or gel. Over all They are helpful. If I were to use them as just a press on nail with super glue I feel they would stay on about 2 weeks. I have not tested to prove that. I am glad I have these. I feel that they are just temp fix to a problem. New Update: both nails snapped right off. Didn't mater if I used the actual nail and glued it on or if I used it as a nail form and made a poly gel nail out of it. For no reason at all they just snapped and broke. So these are going in the trash. OLD review: I will give these a try.. They are extremely thin and cheap. it feels like they will crack and break or pop off with no effort at all.. I will try and update, right now I can tell its probably a waste of money. I would think that thinning them out twords the back so there isnt much of a seam line makes sense.. to have the whole nail super thin is not good quality. You get what you pay for.

I loved these nails. They look just like the photo if not prettier. They were thick like I had actually gotten them done meaning they weren’t flimsy. I did use nail glue for these press on nails. They were a good length on the medium short end. The color has a shimmer to them but nothing like glitter. They were definitely affordable.

These lasted a week before starting to pop off on their own. The glue holds stronger than other brands I’ve tried. The nails themselves are thick and durable. It is VERY hard to see the sizes. Use the flashlight from your phone to help.

I ordered these nails because I was looking for soft press on gel nails, which I had used in the past. I had not used this brand in the past, but the description states they are soft gel. They are not. They are hard acrylic which come with glue and adhesive tabs. Although they weren't as expected, I thought I'd give them a try. First of all, the nails do not have size numbers on them, so once you find the right size, you cannot match them to the adhesive tabs, which come on a plastic sheet and are numbered. Once you find the adhesive strip you think is the correct size, you have to remove them from the sheet and adhere them to your nails prior to putting the nails on. It is difficult to line up the tab on your nail, and once you have, it is even more difficult to remove the top plastic liner to expose the adhesive for the nail. I ended up putting on 5, then took them off and threw them in the trash. Maybe it would have been easier to put them on with glue, but this is not what I wanted to do. I will be skipping this brand in the future.

As you can clearly see, the cuticle shape is completely different on the short coffin compared to the short almond (which fit perfectly). I bought these because my cuticles are more rounded but as you can see, the coffin cuticle is square for all of the nails and because of the trapezoidal shape the don't fit properly. They are way too wide at the cuticle but due to the tapering the natural nail peeks through at the free edge. I would expect more from Una Gella whose products are usually excellent (their solid gel glue in a tube is next to none) but this is just shoddy quality control. I've sent them back.
