Found the Horlict Lite better than the usual Horlicks mainly because it mixes well. The usual Horlicks had this quality of generating lumps while mixing with milk!This Horlicks seems to be light on the stomach too & tastes well.Only concern is the ingredient - to make it "sugar-free" they haven't added sugar the mix but replaced sugar with a chemical alternative, which is name as INS 950 on its pack. INS 950 translated to "acesulphame potassium". Not sure how healthy it is & its long term impact on body.
