I used this mesh as a windbreak around my gazebo, and overall it worked really well. The material itself is strong, blocks a lot of wind, and still lets air pass through so it doesn’t act like a sail. It held up nicely through several strong storms. The only thing I’d improve is the edge reinforcement — the grommets could be a bit tougher for high-wind areas. Still a solid product and worth the price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This barrier provides good privacy and ample protection from wind. It is holding up well under the New Mexico sun, which can be damaging to just about everything left exposed to it. So far I am very pleased with the performance of this screen. A strong wind broke many of the cable ties I had used to attach the screen to my fence, but the screen itself remained undamaged. I then used metal wire to re-attach the screen. It is made of quality materials with plenty of grommets.

This is our third order. It works great for privacy - even in the harshest weather conditions. We finally replaced one long 50' panel in the garden after 7 years - and only because something had caught on it in a severe winter storm and made a hole. Great stuff. So glad the replacement was as good as the original order.

We specifically ordered the 8x50 black privacy screen with the 4 grommets in each corner as it is pretty windy where we live. The photo even shows 4 grommets in the corners. When we started to install it we discovered there were only 2 in each corner. We are using it anyway but pretty unsatisfied that we didn’t get the exact one we ordered

I had a need for a 8'x50' privacy screen for my yard and after doing some research I opted to go with the ColourTree 8' x 50' Green Fence Privacy. The price was very reasonable and the overall comments about the product were very favorable, so I figured I'd give it a shot. The screen is a nice deep green color and the fabric is quite thick and appears to be very durable and well made. The height is slightly less than 8ft (as mentioned in the Amazon product specifications) so I adjust my fence height accordingly to accommodate that. The included zip ties work very well to hold the screen to the fence and the grommets are sturdy and nicely spaced. So far after 3 weeks the screen has held up fine to hard rain and two wind storms without any issues. Not sure how many years I will get out of this but the stated warranty is 3 years which is very cool. The screen does a great job of shielding the view of my items that I keep behind it and overall it looks really good. Very pleased with this purchase and would certainly recommend it to others!

We use these as privacy curtains for our pro-wrestling events. They work great both indoors and outdoors, allowing us to block off the fans from seeing the performers before they make their way to the ring. It is slightly see-through when standing at a reasonable distance, so performers can still see what is going on while remaining hidden from the audience. The build quality is nice, and it's very adaptable based on the situation. We've bought three and will probably buy another.

This shade tarp would be just what I need, EXCEPT for the fact that it was folded up and then shrink wrapped for shipping and the HUGE and NUMEROUS wrinkles WON'T come out. I bought the 50 foot version to wrap around my patio/deck to keep the baking hot Arizona sun from doing a number on my Trex over the summer. It may work, but will look pretty tacky. I'm hoping one summer's heat and wind will relax some of the creases. I've had it spread out in the sun (albeit not real hot sun) for several weeks hoping the wrinkles would relax, but they haven't. If you are planning to hang this up "in public," I'd think twice about this particular one. FYI, I'd read reviews about the wrinkles and didn't heed the warning. I wish I had. (I'd have returned it but it's so huge (and I don't have a shrink wrapper) that there's no way I could have gotten it back in the box. Hideously wrinkled is better than scorched Trex, I guess.

A great value. Well made. Good grommets. I am 68 and was able to install an 8’X25’ section myself in under 1 hour. Comes with 40 zip ties.

Has been installed for a couple months, no issues. Almost 2 years later and I have a small frayed section . This is in an area that gets wind from across a lake. It has done very well considering location and size, it’s 8’ tall .

It hides back yard nightmares you for want to see.

Easy to install, nice clean look, fairly opaque. We had 90km/hr winds today and it withstood all the gusts. Glad for the purchase.
