The plastic is sturdy, the finish is clean, and the spring-loaded opening works smoothly. You can either pop the cap off completely or slide cables through the opening without removing it, which makes cable management much less annoying. They didn’t end up fitting my desk, but that one is entirely on me for not measuring first. The grommets themselves are exactly as described, and the sizing is accurate.
