Great flash drive and external backup for iPhone and for my laptop. Really easy to use if you know how to use the files app. No extra apps needed, and gives you much more control over your backups and other content. The slide to extract the lightning connector on one side and the USB plug on the other is a very nice touch. Very compact, looks great, and works right out of the box. If you don't know how to use the file manager, then the simple instruction book gives you a very quick understanding of what to do. I definitely recommend this device for anyone looking for easy iPhone backup - certainly much cheaper than a monthly cloud subscription! Great product, fast delivery!

This flash drive works really good. It’s quick. It’s fairly simple to use. I just wished I’d have gotten a 500 gb instead of a 250 but I recommend it it does what they say it does.

Storage cap ACC city for the price is great! I downloaded old family videos that take up lots of space ( 2-3 gb each ) and thus ease snd speed of access from a laptop was exceptional. The instructions were a little confusing but if you’re familiar with computers or smartphones it’s easy to figure out. The switch from phone to pc adapter is handy.

Read prior reviews and hoped that this was going to work flawlessly, the download for the app took a lot longer than I expected despite having a quality high speed internet connection. Whatever, I can overlook that. Interface was simple enough once I played with it a bit, started transfer. I knew this was going to take a bit because at present, I have +5k photos and at least 10gb of video saved. 10s later it says the device is unplugged and disconnected which doesn't make sense since it was in the port doing what it was supposed to be doing. Whatever, I take it out and put it back in and it does the same thing when I start to transfer. So I take it back out again and insert it and it now shows that some stuff did copy over but now is duplicated... I then scroll and see it has stuff from the future listed but it just reads as an error when I try to see what that is. I've since given up on it because either it's faulty or just horribly designed. I can only hope Apple makes something like this that actually works down the road. Short version, it was too good to be true and I had such high hopes for it.

Looks, Quick shipping I thought it was two but the picture shows device is compatible to multiple devices not that there’s two . My mistake

Great flash drive which is compatible with iphone, USB-A, Micro-USB (USB-B) and also USB-C when using the included adapter. Really easy to use - I have the 512GB version so there's plenty of storage. No app needed on my android phone. Apple iOS does need an app but it's quick to download and easy to use. Really happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Bought this product to move photos & videos from Iphone 11 but only limited photos copied. No matter how I try to copy the remaining photos, they appeared with dates in the future such as 10 Dec 2101 and cannot be viewed at all. You have to download an app, Y drive, which is very limited in functionality. Don't waste money buying this.
