Yes, they do. Once I put them on, the racket felt less harsh on contact and the string noise was definitely lower. It gave the racket a smoother, more controlled feel, especially during longer hitting sessions.

They stay in really well. They’re easy to press in, but once they’re on the strings, they feel secure. Even on harder shots, I didn’t have to keep stopping to adjust them.
