I order a fair amount of jewelry supplies like this and often the quality is pretty poor. These exceeded my expectations. There are no rough or uneven edges and the sizes of the bezels are fairly uniform (ranging from a perfect fit for a 12 mm cab to just a bit too big, but never too small or too big to use). The bottom is a nice overlapping design, so you don't have a big gap the way you do on some adjustable rings. The tops are not always soldered on dead center, but it doesn't affect the look of the finished rings. They're stainless steel, so they're not super shiny, but on the upside, there is no micro-thin finish to wear off in a week, leaving you with a different color ring that may turn your finger green. Overall, a nice ring base that I think will hold up well and is comfortable to wear.

There's nothing wrong with the construction, or the supplier; I buy from PH all the time. Though I give these 5 stars note these reminded me of a gaming prize ring at a fair, or festival. The bend becomes rather permanent and can pinch a little on larger sizing. The bezel cup is tack welded on...though it is very sturdy. Great for the money. Personally, I think these would be awesome as a rainy day craft for kids and young students - sleepovers, birthday parties, etc.
