Budget clock
This is exactly as described. It's large enough to read from across a room, and cheap enough to be a utilitarian clock anywhere you'd need it. It doesn't win points for beauty or style, but it's exactly what I needed in my classroom for telling time. I am happy that it's quiet. The lightweight plastic was easy enough to hang up using a thumbtack. Basic black clock with a red second hand.

This arrived well packaged as far as the quality very cheap from china the screws were the wrong size l had a few in my tool box. The overall clock is plastic and l believe the price was solely based on the shipping cost . It looks nice far from expensive feeling but when you touch it not so much
