**Q: is there a step to do prior to the ball working?  The ball does not move on my new tube and NOthing comes out!**
A: When I first got mine, it was like that but I pressed and rolled it across my scar several times while gently squeezing the tube and it eventually started working as intended. You have to “prime” it.
