This is very expensive for a cap and I have to be honest, I have no idea why. Yes, it is very light. But normal caps are pretty light. I’ll give you, it’s very comfortable. I have a 61cm head and the M/L size gives ample space for my head. It has a soft band inside to absorb sweat and give comfort. It does take time to dry though. And it’s not waterproof. Showerproof at best. OK, I ran it briefly under a tap, but it was soaked. And left watermarks. Water comes straight through the holes in the top. The peak obviously keeps water off, but it would in any cap. The front panel adsorbs the water for a period and then leaks in. So I would say that it’s not much more waterproof than any other cap. Pros: 1. Lightweight and can be folded up to put in a bag. 2. Very comfortable. 3. Fits large heads. Velcro strap at back with a lot of room. 4. Good for keeping cool. Cons: 1. Not really waterproof except against a very light shower and maintains water stains. 2. Very expensive. 3. The front panel attaches to the peak further along the peak than usual and it causes a weird looking lip so not the best looking. I find the claims about the hat to be a little grand. Nearly all caps are sun blocking by their very nature. It’s not much more waterproof than any other cap. It is very lightweight and comfortable but at the same time it’s not the most stylish. I received this free of charge to review as part of the Vine Programme. Would I spend my own money on it? No, it’s too much money for what it is. It’s not stylish enough for the premium price tag and maybe if it was properly waterproof I’d have been more inclined to say yes. It’s not a bad cap at all and if it was £15-20 I’d say it was worth the money, but definitely not at this price.

I’m really pleased with this cap. The charcoal grey colour looks smart and goes with pretty much anything, whether I’m out for a walk, running errands, or doing some light exercise. It feels lightweight and breathable, especially with the laser-cut mesh panels on the sides. Even after wearing it for a while, it doesn’t feel stuffy or heavy. The material dries quickly and seems well made, with neat stitching and a comfortable fit. I also like that it offers good sun protection without feeling bulky. For the price, this is fantastic value for money. It looks and feels more expensive than it is, and it does exactly what it promises. I’d happily buy another one in a different colour. Highly recommended if you’re after a practical, comfortable everyday cap.

This is a super hat for a man who likes to be outdoors and has a larger head. I ordered size XXL for my husband who has trouble finding hats that fit his large sized head comfortably, but this one is perfect. It is adjustable at the back as most caps are but the main thing is that the front panel is wide enough to be comfortable on his noggin...it just sits really well and feels great and comfortable to wear for him with a wide brim. It is lightweight and perfect for wearing in the sun as it is perforated and breathable. The cap also keeps out the rain on dog walks. It looks smart too - the material doesn't have a sheen and it isn't standard baseball cap fabric - it is more flexible and cushioned at the front. The logo is tasteful and small. It has a sweat band which will help when we go trudging around Pompeii in the heat in a few months. I am very happy with this cap. My only quibble is that I think the price - currently £40 - is expensive, but it is a great cap.

The large brim is great for keeping the sun out of your face when running, and this is helped by the black inner lining at the front which keeps reflection to a minimum. The circumference can be adjusted via a velcro strip at the back, which also has a reflective stripe on it to help keep you safe and visible if running near roads, etc. in the dark. For a M/L, this hat does seem larger than I was expecting, so make sure to take your measurements before ordering. Overall, this is a very well-made, comfortable and lightweight baseball cap with sun protection. The fabric, stitching and seams are all high quality with no loose threads. At the higher end of the price point.
