Review: PC blend (non puro per facilitare la stampa) qualità buona - E' un classico esempio di Blend cioè di un polimero (filamento) che viene miscelato con altri materiali per permettere la stampa ad utenti consumer ed a velocità medio-alte. Il PC no blend anche se contiene comunque degli additivi non è di per se difficile da stampare ma il problema reali per molti sono le temperature che vanno dai 280 - 320 piatto a 120-130 e camera calda attiva a 90 - 100 gradi quindi molto oltre la maggior parte delle stampanti consumer. Ovviamente da una parte si facilita la stampa dall'altra perdiamo alcune delle proprietà del PC cioè la resistenza a temperature molto oltre gli altri filamenti e "robustezza" su pezzi non estetici ma funzionali. Quindi se vi servono parti strutturali da officina non è il prodotto giusto se invece avete obiettivi diversi è stampabile. Attenzione che se stampate piano vanno abbassate le temperature del nozzle perchè a differenza del PC tradizionale è molto fluido. Chiudo dicendo che con nozzle da 0.2 il setup deve essere studiato bene altrimenti non stampate.

E' un classico esempio di Blend cioè di un polimero (filamento) che viene miscelato con altri materiali per permettere la stampa ad utenti consumer ed a velocità medio-alte.
