I had the same apprehensive others did with this sofa, but I can't express enough how amazing it is. Within 10 minutes it had already taken shap. We were between moves so I gave it some help tp fluff up and completely left it for a few days and honestly it's so beautiful and comfortable. The most comfortable soda I've sat on. The delivery was great and perfectly on time. So happy with it!

Surprisingly the sofa unit came in one box. After following the instructions for opening, after 7 days it was ready for use. Very comfy and good choice of configuration.

Looks nothing like the item pictured on Amazon. Much lighter in colour and material not as expected. Top cushions feel horrible as you can feel all the individual pieces of chopped up foam, like sitting on a beanbag. Not what I expected when I paid £630! Really annoyed too because within 2 days the price has dropped another £80. The back cushions dont even join and are 2 small for length of sofa and offer very little back/neck support. Even after days it's not the shape it should be and looks horrible. Absolute nightmare trying to return to Amazon as drivers keep refusing to take it as we obviously can't repack it due to it arriving vacuum packed. Worst purchase I've made from Amazon and a complete waste of money! Avoid, not idea how people are leaving positive reviews for this item?

We ordered this sofa because we were unable to fit a normal one in through our door as our front room is an awkward sharp. I did read all of the reviews b4 hand which is another reason for ordering as customers perceive have said it a great sofa, what they actually don’t tell you is that once out of the packaging you can’t sit on it for at least 7 days which is no good if you removed your old sofa out to make space for the new one. But here we are 7 days later it’s still not in great shape, not like the pictures shown. Unfortunately it’s too late to return because it’s no longer sitting in its box. The sofa should ideally be against a wall, because it moves every time you get up. So in all I wished we hadn’t got it and wasted £700
