PBT Keycaps Side Print Key Cap Set, Double Shot Shine Through Keycaps

I've installed quite a few keycap sets over the years, and the quality on this one impressed me significantly. The PBT plastic has a premium feel under your fingertips, with just enough texture to provide grip without feeling rough. The gradient gray color scheme looks clean and understated, making it easy to match with a variety of keyboard builds. The legends are crisp thanks to the doubleshot construction, and the side printing is sharp and easy to read under normal atmosphere lighting. ne thing buyers should know, though, is that because the legends are printed on the front face of the keycaps instead of the top, a backlit keyboard won't illuminate the lettering nearly as well as traditional shine-through top keycaps. The lightings till looks nice around the keys, but don't expect these to be ideal if you rely on RGB to see the legends in a darker room. Installation was refreshingly easy. Every key fit my switches properly without needing to force or excessively wiggle them into place. The stems are well molded, so everything seated securely while still being easy to swap. Another feature I appreciated is the compatibility. Rather than only supporting a standard full-size keyboard, the kit includes enough alternate key sizes to accommodate a wide variety of layouts. Whether you're running a full-size board, TKL, 96/90%, 75%, or even many 60% layouts, there's a good chance you'll have the keys you need without hunting for extras. Overall, these strike a really nice balance between appearance, build quality, and versatility. If you're looking for a clean gray set of Cherry-profile PBT keycaps and don't specifically need top-mounted shine-through legends, these are an easy recommendation. Bottom Line? These are well-made Cherry-profile PBT keycaps with crisp doubleshot legends, excellent compatibility across multiple keyboard layouts, and an attractive gradient gray color scheme. The only thing to keep in mind is that the side-printed legends don't benefit much from RGB backlighting, but otherwise this is an excellent set.

The variety in this 133-key set is fantastic. It comes with enough keys and alternate styles to accommodate virtually any layout, whether it’s 60%, TKL, or full-sized. That level of flexibility really adds to the overall value. One small note: If you’re using blue RGB lighting, some of the characters can get a little harder to see as the keycap color can blend slightly with the lighting hue. That’s really the only minor issue I’ve encountered, which wouldn’t stop me from buying this set again. Overall - this is a beautiful, functional, and well-made keycap set that I highly recommend. It’s stylish, feels premium, and offers amazing flexibility for all kinds of mechanical keyboards. A truly wonderful value!

The feel of these keyboard did not feel comfortable

These keycaps feel solid and the side printing looks good. The gradient color scheme works well with my keyboard's overall look. Installation was straightforward and they fit my keyboard without any issues. The print hasn't started wearing down after a few weeks of regular use. Nice upgrade from the stock keycaps that came with my keyboard.

I love how these keycaps look on my keyboard. The gradient blue colors are really eye-catching and add a cool vibe to my setup. The side print is clear and lets the backlight shine through nicely. These side legend PBT keycaps are constructed very well, with reasonably thick PBT lending to a nice sound signature. I am not a super big fan of side legends but when they are well done I do find them enjoyable. This one is very well done. The fit and finish are quite good too. The spacebar was straight without warps and overall the set includes a nice assortment of alternate caps to fit all the common layouts. A good value.

The keys feel good to type on. Easy to install. Comes with more keys than my keyboard needed. The only problem I have with this product is the color. I ordered this thinking I would get a set of tan/brown keys, instead I received a redish/pink set. They look more pink than brown.

ABS keycaps get polished by your fingers and develops shine over time. Double shot PBT keycaps like this unit are more resistant in this regard. They also have legends that are molded on (therefore durable). Dye-sublimated PBT keycaps won't be like this so read descriptions carefully. Manufacturer recommends south-facing LEDs for this set. See pictures for how these look on north-facing LEDs (CoolerMaster MK730). Keycaps measure 18mm x 9mm, same as the original keycaps on my keyboard. The blues are lighter than they appear from the manufacturer pictures. The top rows have a faint blue tint but look white in some lighting conditions. The labels can be quite hard to see, which could be a problem if you can't touch-type. Overall, very pleased with the sound and feel of the keycaps. I will be keeping them on.
