It seems to connect to all bluetooth receivers with ease
It worked well for me. Much better than many more expensive line powered model. Bluetooh is a strange beast, just about no one implements it correctly. Apple is one of the worst. The battery life is typical of bluetooth devices, 6 to 8 hours before a recharge is needed. The audio is as good as it gets for bluetooth.

Good sound but has a few disappointments.
I purchased this to make my TV Bluetooth compatible. First the good stuff. The sound quality is really good. I haven't tested the range, but It seems to have a strong signal from my experience so far. Now the not so good. This Bluetooth transmitter won't auto pair with my Bose device. I have to re pair the transmitter and Bose sound device each time I use them. The other annoying thing is that sometimes it seems like the sound is way off from the video and other times it is not (just a little off). I wasn't expecting the sound and video to be perfectly in sync, but I wanted it to be close all the time. Sometime the sound is too far off from the video that it is really hard to watch. The weird thing is that it seems to come and go while watching TV. Also I use this Bose device with my iPad and iPhone. There is almost no audio and video sync issues while watching videos.

Works great with my Kindle Fire for video, barely any audio delay, easy pairing.
I ordered this item and received the Alva-branded version of this transmitter, that brand seems to have been bought by Azeca, they are identical. After charging it overnight (the red LED never went off like the manual says, but seems to work ok anyway), I held down the power button for 7-8 seconds and it entered pairing mode, and also turned on my LG HBS-700 bluetooth headset, and they paired up together right away. I can plug the transmitter into my Kindle Fire, old 30GB iPod, or computer, and use my headset with all of them, or anything else with a 2.5mm stereo audio plug. The stereo sound works great, and only very slight audio delay (1/4 of a second or so). I'm watching HBO GO on my Kindle Fire right now (The American) and the dialog between characters is fine, mouths moving are just ever so slightly off from the audio - and that's only if I'm trying to measure the difference. It's not noticable otherwise, and I don't think other bluetooth transmitters would be able to do any better, there has to be some delay in encoding and sending that audio across. I like the little size, about 1.5 x 2 inches, and it's thin, about 1/4 inch - nice and small to tuck under your devices. Overall, I'm very happy with it so far, and it does exactly what I was looking for. I also liked buying from Amazon directly, with free Prime two day shipping, and didn't have to worry about returning/RMA hassles if it didn't work as well as I hoped.

Fiddly and unreliable
If this worked as advertised I would absolutely love it. I currently use it plugged into my receiver so I can easily watch the TV via wireless headphones late at night without disturbing anyone (and not getting caught up with a long headphone cable). However I have all sorts of issues with it - sound randomly dropping out (even when right next to the bluetooth headphones), but even worse, terrible problems pairing it with headphones. I had it paired with a set for a few months without issue, until it suddenly stopped pairing with them. I tried for about an hour to re-pair them without any luck. I paired with another set just fine, but then a few nights later they stopped working too. Note that the headphones themselves are just fine and have been re-paired with other devices. The whole pairing process is surprisingly painful too. Finally, I also found that there was horrible distortion when using this while it was plugged in to charge. I'd have to run it off the battery while listening, and then plug it in when I was done, rather than just leaving it plugged in to charge permanently. Very frustrating.

Works great
Bought this to connect my bedroom television and portable mp3 player (Sansa) to Jawbox bluetooth speakers in the bathroom. Paired up without a problem and sound was fine, although there is an occasional dropout. Problem for me is that when I plug it into the tv's headphone jack, it turns off the speakers. I am looking for a headphone amplifier to plug into the cable box. Because of the speaker cutoff, I haven't used it very often.

Works for a few minutes, then loses sync
Unit arrived, said it could be run while being charged, so I charged for about an hour then hooked to a player. It sync'd with my Logitech speaker adapter after a minute or so. It worked with with the speaker adapter for about 5+ minutes, then the music became distorted, scratchy, etc. I turned off the Azeca transmitter. Then turned transmitter back on, it sound great for about another 5 minutes, then same thing -- lost sync. Unit was about 8 to 10 feet from the BT receiver. I have iPhone, iPod, iPad, and Dell Laptop with BT sending and they sync fine with my speaker adapter. This is the ONLY BT transmitter that is unstable, and not a great product if you want stability and clear sound. However, if you can tolerate ANY sound, regardless of quality, this unit might be a good choice since it does produce sounds through bluetooth, even though it degrades the connection after a few minutes and the sound is mostly noise, and not much else. I had high hopes for this device. Maybe the next revision will be an improvement.
