Hi, Yes. We frequently test them using PC LCD monitors. Generally PC monitors speakers dont tend to be very good though, but you could connect a set of MP3 player / self powered speakers / computer speakers to the monitor to improve audio via headphone socket on the monitor.

Is it easy to conect this to a Toshiba smart tv tv

If your smart tv has an HDMI socket, then using an HDMI cable, it should work. B.M
