Used products sold as new BUYER BEWARE

Very disappointed with product. I received a previously sold product, not new. Missing instructions, missing hardware, missing the lock. Customer had been planning a cross country trip I had no choice I had to make it work. Amazon Business offered little or no practical fair solution! I expect better from Rough Country especially at the price point I paid. Do not recommend buying advertised as new get secondhand leftovers! Do not recommend buying from this seller
