I still can use it - the tip is to make a loop first and squeeze your body in - adjusting the strap is a bit harder as my shoulders are injured. But the ice pack is so effective to remove pains and a great help with my injuries. I now have 3 magic gels in my freezer ( no more space for ice creams) and ready to serve me for a rescue. These things work better than ibprofen or paracetamol for my opinion surprisingly. I have gels but again the ice pack is the best solution so far . Without pains , I can move my shoulders to do anything necessary for home. This ice pack is a bit heavy too as large cover of shoulder area but just 20 mins . Relax . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Superb product *by A***T on 21 October 2020* Bought this shoulder ice pack to help with a torn rotator cuff. First of all - speedy delivery. Although I find ice packs extremely uncomfortable it was a necessity. Initially the pack froze rock solid and was uncomfortable, however my freezer is pretty fierce so I reduced the freezing time down to 1 hr 45 mins - perfect. Although freezing cold the gel pockets were malleable and wrapped around my shoulder with comfort. Plus, as a pain killer it worked. No way of judging if it helped with the inflammation, but am assuming it does Also emailed their customer service dept who were extremely helpful. Nice personal interaction. Would recommend both the product and company.
