Deluxe Beaded Grip Formal/Parade Gloves - White or Black

Read the reviews like I did and if you choose wisely, you won't be disappointed. Because some say they ran smallish, and because I know cotton shrinks, I ordered the large for my medium-sized hands. My hands measure 8-1/4 around the knuckles (without the thumb). Medium in the men's size chart is 8-1/2. I ordered the large and thought they fit just fine with room for a little shrinkage later. Unlike one reviewer, I found the grip beads on the palms perfect. I marched in a HOT Fourth of July parade today and they were a GOOD grip. I carried a metal pole with sweaty hands. No problems at all. Also, the photo seems to exaggerate a coarseness to the look in stitching and texture that was FAR LESS so when I opened them. From a few feet away, they look very nice. They certainly would to viewers of a parade.

Great for handbell ringers, not just for parade marchers!

Bought to wear to play hand bells. Has Velcro wrists and grippers. They do pick up stray color. After one season of use, they have a red hue to them. Doesn't affect their function.

I am in the military and I bought these gloves to perform honor guard events/military funeral honors. The gloves we get are one size fits all and are the poorest quality, loosest fitting gloves I've ever worn and almost impossible to fold a flag without getting the excess finger material stuck in the fold. I ordered the medium size and they fit perfectly. There is no excess finger material and the Velcro adjustable strap is incredibly convenient. The underside of the gloves have beads for extra grip (something our standard issue gloves do not have) and they make it very easy to fold a flag or hold a rifle/ Overall this was a 10/10 buy and I recommended these to everyone I know. Will buy again.

This is the 3rd pair of these that I've purchased. I play bass handbells in more than one choir and normally wear through my bell gloves in a few months, but these ones see me through a whole year of ringing. I will definitely repurchase them again in the future.

I love the beaded grip and the Velcro on the wrist, which make these perfect for folding flags. The gloves they sell at the NEX tend to slide off when you're tucking in the flag. These ones stay put perfectly. The Navy's not big on guidons, but I imagine they'd be equally good for that or rifle handling. Unfortunately, they're made pretty cheaply and fall apart quickly, but I keep buying them because of the grip and the Velcro. I go through about one pair per year. If you're just marching and saluting, the standard issue gloves are fine, but these are good for anything where maintaining a solid grip is important.

I really love these gloves! They are good quality material. I really like the velcro strap around the wrist. It helps make the gloves more comfortable. I also like the reinforcement in the areas where they might develop holes in the gloves. I feel like these are top quality and I think they are going to last longer than the gloves I have bought in the past. I've ordered 2 pairs of them. The first pair I ordered was a small. They were a little tight but still very comfortable. The second pair I order was a medium. This pair fits perfect. They run just a little smaller than the other gloves I purchased in the past. These gloves are worth every penny that I paid for them.

These have been fabulous for bell choir. I love that the can be tighten around my wrists so that they don’t slip around.
