My husband uses it and says that it really helps to alleviate his symptoms, but you have to get it in the correct position. Plus it's smaller than a previous one so he's not so conscious of wearing it with shorts. All in all he's very pleased with it. We did have to send the first one back due to a fault with the stitching near the velcro strap. We reordered another and this one is fine.

I doubted if the support would work but I was prepared to try anything after constant pain for months. Amazingly it provided relief straight away!! The pain has not gone totally but so much better than it was. Comfortable to wear.

Saw a full page advert for this sciaticure wrap in the national press, read some revues and sceptically gave it a try. Have to admit, it was not instant as some revues suggest, however after three days I could feel a definite reduction in my sciatic pain, after just over a week I would say about 50% improvement. Have not had a problem with the Velcro, as some people have, my only negative comment would be that it itches a bit. So impressed by it, I have ordered another for my other leg.

Firstly at this price I expected something amazing. But it's just a simple velcro strap with a foam section that presses up against your leg. The strap is simply not long enough for someone with large legs, which let's face it would be the typical user of this product (muscular or those with weight issues), you can only just get it to fit, but it would definitely lose its grip over a short period of time. But more importantly it did absolutely nothing to reduce the pain. A really poor value for money product.

OK but not very effective for me as elbow too far damaged

I am in terrible back pain and hip and leg pain from sciatica I suffered a few years ago on the opposite side and had back surgery which left me with irreversible nerve damage in that leg and now other side has started I needed something quick to give me the relief I needed to be able for me to get on with my day to day activities and I can honestly say this has been it this is my first full day wearing it and it is a must for all who are suffering it worked straight away and for £20 it is well worth it not to have that horrible debilitating pain I am one satisfied customer Thanku

It does ease pain a bit on me, however it may be better for another person, I found I had to wear it tight to help me with pain but made it awkward to walk with, I think if you just have sciatica it may work fine, I have another illness as well which probably stopped this working to it’s full potential on me.
