VapoCOOL Severe Max Strength* Menthol Cough Drop Alternative/Sore Throat Lozenge for Sore Throat Relief, Winterfrost, 45ct

We have tried countless throat drops over the years, and Vicks VapoCool Severe Sore Throat Drops (Max Strength) are hands down the only ones that consistently work for my husband, especially when his sore throat is caused by acid reflux. Fast, Noticeable Relief These provide almost immediate relief. The cooling sensation is strong but not overwhelming, and it actually numbs the throat rather than just coating it with sweetness. When reflux irritation flares up, most lozenges barely make a difference. These, however, noticeably reduce pain and discomfort within minutes. Max Strength That Actually Means Something Unlike many “extra strength” throat drops that feel no different from regular candy, VapoCool truly delivers. The numbing effect lasts longer than other brands we’ve tried, which means fewer drops are needed throughout the day or night. This has been especially helpful during sleep when reflux-related throat pain tends to worsen. Not Just for Colds What makes these stand out is that they work well even when the sore throat isn’t caused by a cold or flu. For reflux-related irritation, dryness, or that raw burning feeling, these are incredibly effective when nothing else helps. Taste & Experience The flavor is strong and medicinal, but in a good way. It feels like a product designed to work, not to taste like candy. The cooling sensation opens the throat and soothes irritation without being harsh. Reliable & Essential We now keep these stocked at all times. They’ve become a must-have during flare-ups, travel, or anytime a sore throat hits unexpectedly. Having something that actually works brings real peace of mind. Final Thoughts If you or someone in your household struggles with severe sore throat pain, especially related to reflux, these are absolutely worth trying. For us, they’ve been a complete game changer and the only throat drops we trust.

These are the strongest cough drops that my husband and I have found so far. My husband has been suffering from a really bad cough for months now, and he's a court reporter, so it really affects his job if he's coughing while others are speaking. The taste isn't bad; it leaves your breath feeling very fresh and makes breathing easier. They are very effective and last longer than any other cough drops we've tried.

Literal magic drops. Sore throat instantly relieved. The mint flavor is intense but oh my it helps alot. Will buy again

The perfectly! Cough drop all year around

Best and strongest drops on the market! I’ve tried so many and these are always a fan favorite. I’ve had people try it who’ve never had it before all the time and they’re always shocked at how fast acting and strong they are for immediate soothing and cooling. I keep them everywhere since they’re small and they always come in handy.

Like a cool breeze blowing through a stuffy room, *Vicks Vapor Cool Severe cough drops* hit with an instant wave of relief. The minty flavor is strong but not overwhelming, and it feels so soothing on a raw throat. It’s great for clearing congestion and with ingredients like menthol helps effectively to calm that tight, chesty feeling. I kept a few in my bag all week and they are affordable. Have you tried them yet when your congestion is at its worst?

VapoCOOL is the real deal. It helps your sore throat and clears your nasal passage at the same time. And it has more than one flavor giving you options
