3M Protective Coverall, Orange, 4515-O-2XL

After buying a cheap one which ripped within ten minutes of putting it on and was actually hanging off me by the end of the day on also smaller than it should have been I decided to pay a little more. This one was fantastic. As soon as I took it from the packet I could tell the quality was better. It was true to size I am 5ft 2'' and a 34 waist. I ordered the small and it fitted over my joggers and jumper just fine with plenty of room to lift my arms, bend over, kneel, and stretch. The stitching is better the fabric is thicker and the zip even has a flap over it to prevent leakage in via the zip. And the best thing is it lasted all day without a single rip. I went home with it on and shall be wearing it again Tomorow. I will also try washing it as someone else has remarked they did the same and it came out great. Definitely worth the money as it did its job and is still going strong without fault. Don't waste your money on the cheep ones if you want to stay clean and be able to use it again and again then this is the one to get. In fact it's almost not disposable given that it just keeps on going. Very light weight and strong. I will be buying again and I would recommend without hesitation.

I needed the full works when it came to coverall etc as I was removing old lead paint. These meet the safety standards required and are robust. I'm only 5'3" and the medium size does drown me a bit (but plenty of room for moving around). I'm now doing general DIY stuff so am reusing my last suit. I've used it several times and so far there's no sign of any tears, zip malfunctions or anything. 4 stars instead of 5 (and this applies to all coveralls I've seen) that it could do with a drawstring in the hood to allow you to tighten it to your face.

A lot better than you think it may be cheap but it is good quality and reinforced also generous in the sizing

Received 6/5/25, returned 7/5/25 unopened. Took one look at it and decided it was not suitable for my purpose, but I suppose it is a fair price to pay for this coverall. I wanted a coverall to use while decorating but could see that the fabric is a shiny coated paper and could potentially be porous and would allow splashed paint to penetrate through to the inside and offer little protection to inner clothing, also it would become very hot if wearing your normal clothing. Was expecting something more like a Tyvex material, which is very soft and flexible. This 3M coverall, will offer some protection, but bear in mind it is not very soft or flexible and you should buy one which is oversized to give yourself plenty of manoeuvring ability, as even an XL size for me at 5ft 7in was a just about right to allow freedom of movement.

Bought to make into a Halloween costume and it was great, not overly thick material but good quality and the sizing is good.

For £16 I thought they’d be a little more hard wearing than the ones from screwfix. I was wrong. Ripped within seconds. Absolute waste of money. Might as well of used tracing paper.

Just the job for when you are doing decorating,keeps you clean,and free of dirt,in winter time they keep you warm, summertime,they are not so good,as you can melt wearing them ,but they are brilliant value,anyhow .I was expecting two in the package,but only one came ? Don't know why !
