They work as good as prescription but the good thing is that you can change your vision under different conditions. The problem I have found is that they only go to 4 diopter and sometimes I need a 5 or 6 and I also find that adjustable can not adjust lenses to eye distance and I find that I can see more clear if I distance the lenses further from my eye. They do tend to scratch easily, that's why I got the multi-pack. Take care of em best you can, when they scratch, (and they will) toss em and grab another.
