Tremendous Value!
This machine was well worth the price! I wanted to do a small Limited Edition run of 50-100 copies of a few different projects. The machine was intuitively easy to operate and produced high quality, clean copies quickly. Highly recommend!

Extremely Happy with this Duplicator
I have to make multiple copies of a CD which was created utilizing software on my laptop. So we're not talking about a high-tech original.. However the five copies that I made with this machine were all reproduced very easily and quietly with Incredible accuracy- and in a very fast time. I duplicated 11 CDs in about 7 minutes. I'm extremely pleased with this. Sincerely

Died after less than 10 uses.
Only used this less than 10 times and would not power on. Contacted the company and they gave excuse that they are small company so they can’t afford to send replacement part. Stay away from companies that don’t stand behind their products when they fail.

BIG FIVE ROCKS!
What a fabulous unit. I replaced my 3 disc copier with this 5 disc copier and could not be more impressed! This unit has one touch operation…just turn this bad boy on, load your master and blanks and you are ready to rock and roll! I particularly love the overall look and construction of the unit. The tray for the master disc is clearly marked, unlike other units where all trays look alike. Also, each tray operates independently, so if you have a bad disc, the unit will eject that disc and allow you to replace it while all other discs continue to be copied. Excellent in every way. I am actually glad my 3 disc unit went down.

good duplicator but misleading
There is a requirement for copy protect to work. You have to have a dongle which you have to buy separately and the price is based on how many licenses you want. This only applies if you want to just use any disc brand. If you dont buy the dongle you can still copy protect but you have to use this machine or one like it and you have to use a special type of DVD-r Media manufactured by OptoDisc which was a little hard to find. Then it will work on this duplicator with copy lock and without the donble. The copylock software is included. I eventually found brands that use Optodisc but it would have been nice for them to share some of those brand names. The media I found was made by Plex Disc and Optical Quantum. You may find others but they have to be manufactured by OptoDisc. The only free version is the copy lock that does not require the dongle using these required mediums to record onto.Other than that and the fact that the labels for functions and what you actually read are not exactly the same which takes a little trial and error to establish this duplicator works very well and is super easy to use once you get it up and running. I need to copy protect so it took a minute to work all that out which I feel should have been made easier but in the end it works very well so far.

AMAZING and worth every penny!
I do videography and every year I film dance recitals where we sell DVDs. Before I found this I had to burn each DVD individually which as you can imagine takes days. This year I splurged on the PlexCopier and was done in hours instead of days. Super easy to use. Highly recommend!
