Mum, Tell Me: A Give & Get Back Book

I'm sure there are a lot of people like me who love talking to their Mum's and listening, especially to things they drop in to conversations about their memories. It's difficult though, life is fast, lots of things to remember and these fleeting moments feel lost sometimes and it creates a panic. This is therefore a great idea to capture and learn about our loved ones. I have given this to my Mum but don't want her to feel pressured into completing it, or even just some of it as that wouldn't be nice and defeat the whole object. If she doesn't complete it, that's fine, if she does I'm suree there will be some lovely things in there, so I have left it with her and not mentioned it since. We'll see what happens :-) You never know how someone will react to this little project , but I would recommend that you at least give a loved one the opportunity.

Arrived on time and will make a great gift from a child to their parent. It’s a perfect size and contain really thoughtful and thought provoking questions. It looks fantastic.

Lovely book, bought several from range

There are a few minor damages on the hard cover, not enough to bother me but maybe for some. Very good questions compare to others I’ve seen and even has pages to place old photos. I’m happy with it

Lovely book with lots of prompts and loads of blank space to extend your story I researched loads before buying this and am not disappointed. We'll thought out and beautiful design in thr pages A little more expensive than some of the others I'd seen bit definitely worth it.

I bought this a while ago for my mother and she is still adding to it years down the line. Memories are triggered at different points in her life and she remembers to add it to the book. I cannot wait to receive it back to see what she has experienced in life. It’s such a special present to share

I bought this from my mums birthday this year. I was really worried that she would be offended by it, as she has been quite sick and I didn't want her to think that I thought she was a hopeless case. Luckily she took the gift as intended. I can't wait to get this book back in a few years and find out all of my mums stories. I don't think this would be suitable for someone who doesn't already write/enjoy writing as it will just be left on a bookshelf gathering dust.

Beautiful gift!! I have bought this for every family member I can. I think they’re amazing gifts for people that are hard to buy for and a gift that lasts longer than one birthday or Christmas. So detailed and a lot of life questions that you don’t think to ask your family but you would love to know. Can’t fault them one bit!

Gave this to my mother for Mother’s Day and she loves it. The questions are great, things I would’ve never thought to ask. I’m looking forward to reading about my mums childhood and learning more about her in general! Great for mums who might not like talking about their lives.

A wonderful gift, in depth questions to cherish mums memories, and something she can fill out in her own time. Minus one star as the book arrived damaged, books should be packed with protection.
