Bought two hats at the same time, one needs to be tightened all the way and the other needs to be put at the half way point. Fortunately correctly set they're both comfortable and look decent, but would warn if you're on the extreme ends of the head size scale you might get one that isn't quite right.

Great hat lovely fit looks great but the "nipples" on the "snapback" seem too short so they pop open without warning
